If you only read one book: Finnish Lessons
Finnish Lessons, by Pasi Sahlberg, a former Finnish education official, is the standard reference for how Finland's education system reached its current form. It covers the policy history, not just classroom technique, which makes it useful background before reading anything more practical. The most recent edition adds material on teacher education, special needs support and the role of play, topics closely related to Finland's education reform since the 1970s.
For classroom-level detail: Teach Like Finland
Teach Like Finland, by Timothy Walker, is written by an American teacher who taught in a Finnish school and documented specific strategies he encountered, joyful, low-pressure classroom techniques that any teacher or curious parent can follow, even without a Finnish education background.
